I am new to teaching and this site helps me find great ideas to spring from!

Lesson Planet has helped me take ideas I have and make them more streamlined, creative and higher level. It is great to see how other teachers present the same topic in a multitude of ways!

I teach a variety of subjects and ages depending on what block of the day. Generally, when I do not have time to brainstorm on my own or just need to find a quick worksheet LessonPlanet comes to the rescue. Excellent variety of math activities and worksheets for my grade 3 to 6 class. In addition, I've found countless activities for my social studies 10 class as well as my English 7 to 9 class. Honestly, I would recommend this site to all teachers.
