Your class can develop a sense for choosing appropriate search terms with the lesson here. The plan goes along with a provided presentation and video. It focuses on the difference between soft and firm terms as well as the deep web. Make sure you have Internet access so that class members have a chance to try out their queries and discover a topic for further research. An advanced lesson, pupils will need some background in search terms before completing these activities.
