Through grand conversation, hands-on learning experiences, and reflective writing, scholars interpret the ups and downs of everyday happenings, create a powerful visual that words are powerful, and use a balloon to signify stress.

Classroom Considerations
  • The duration is the total amount of time it takes to complete all three lessons—complete each lesson on a single day or space them out over the course or two to three days 
  • Lessons were created for an all-girl audience; however, males can participate as well
