Middle schoolers view primary documents about the race for President in the time of Abraham Lincoln.  In this election instructional activity, students prepare arguments for and against Lincoln using an analysis sheet.  Middle schoolers create a poster or cartoon to reinforce their point of view.  Students write a letter answering unfavorable views as though they were Lincoln.
