With a map on the military reconstruction in the post-Civil War South, and an interesting graphic comparing the size of Alaska to the continental United States, this presentation could be a good (albeit short) supplement to a class lecture on Reconstruction. The map would be hard to read if not projected onto a large surface, but the included information could make for a good discussion.
