Playdough Numbers

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

What a fun way for youngsters to practice numbers! Using Playdough (or another type of moldable dough, which can be made at home easily), learners create lengths to place over large number cards, tracing the numbers 1-10. Then, they create small balls to fill in the ten frame with the corresponding number. The number card templates are provided, and should be printed and laminated. Use this as part of a math rotation. Kids will love it! Also great for fine motor skills.
