Pe Central: Pe Lesson Ideas: Straights and Curves

Students develop speed and stamina as they vary their running (and walking) speeds while on the track. Students may choose to "stride the straights and walk the curves" of the track or "[sprint] the straights and [walk] the curves" of the track depending on their fitness level.
