Students participate in numerous activities and games. In pairs, they play card games to find relationships between a random set of playing cards. After writing samples of Dear Abby letters concerning math problems, students create a Dear Abby column and solve problems presented in the letters. Using dice, students play a "roll" game to create equations from random numbers. After completing activities and games, students answer a review question worksheet.
