Returning to in-class learning has proved to be a challenge for both teachers and learners. This series of 15 lessons provides instructors with ideas about establishing or re-establish classroom protocols and opening or closing routines that consider the stresses associated with the COVID pandemic. In the first activity, participants learn how to use a Mood Meter to indicate their feelings and, in a think-aloud, explain what might be causing them to feel this way. The class then brainstorms strategies that may help improve a person's mood.
