Students make pistachio pudding with milk and marshmallows refrigerating it until it gets thick and cools. In this art lesson, students put in cups and put a Kebler elf cookie on top. Have the students go on a leprechaun hunt looking for leprechauns, but not finding them. As they go into the room there will be a note on the board and the leprechaun puddings on their desk.
