Fitness Musical Hoops

This Fitness Musical Hoops activity & project also includes:

A new take on musical chairs! Pupils run, skip, jump, high knees, etc. around the perimeter of the gym, making sure not to cross through the middle, as music is being played. Then, when the music stops, children have to put their feet in a Hula Hoop. If they are without a foot in the hula hoop the entire class must do a muscular or cardio exercise of the coach's choice. Repeat this several times while taking one Hula Hoop away every round.
