Instructional Ideas
  • Use this practice assessment as an opportunity to teach your class different test-taking strategies
  • In small groups or with partners, have students correct their tests, discussing their answers and identifying any mistakes they made
Classroom Considerations
  • Take your class to the computer lab and give them the opportunity to practice the online testing process
  • While based on the same set of reading passages, the online and paper test versions have minor differences in their questions
  • To support the needs of visually impaired students, a large-print version of the test is available; however, depending on the capabilities of your school's printers, you may not be able to create documents this size
