To keep her wings healthy and strong, Abby Caddaby does wing exercises. She and Elmo need to figure out how to get along. Abby can't keep count as she exercises when Elmo plays his drum loudly. They find out that if they cooperate Elmo can keep time while Abby exercises her wings.
