  • Invite the school counselor to be part of the conversation—ask him or her to add to the discussion with tools of their choice 
  • Have extra copies of the Actions and Consequences worksheet, if a class member makes a poor choice use the page as a guide to resolving the problem 
  • Send several copies of the Actions and Consequences worksheet home for parents and guardians to use outside of school

  • Two lessons are sampled from a larger 35-lesson unit 
  • Be sensitive as some classmates may be victims of bullying and discussing it publicly may be difficult for them
  • The duration reflects an approximate amount of time to complete one lesson
