This is the cutest reference materials activity ever! Researchers complete six sentences on baby animal names, continuing the pattern by writing five more sentences about other animals from their research. They use a thesaurus to look up four adjectives meaning very small and write a sentence using each. This could be fun to incorporate multimedia; have learners create slide shows with pictures of the animals along with their names. Who found the strangest one?
