Volleyball - Lesson 5 is about winning the point. It takes some practice and hard word to become good at hitting or spiking a volleyball. This activity focuses on some of the teaching cues and techniques of hitting/spiking a volleyball to win the point. This is only one activity of 20 in this volleyball unit.
