Virtual Museum of Metis History and Culture: Metis and Study of Canadian History

This is an excellent paper to share with students to teach them to think critically about everything they read. It discusses how history has traditionally been written from a Euro-Canadian viewpoint, neglecting the aboriginal one and thus limiting First Nations participation in Canadian society and economy.
