The student takes on a role of a character arriving at Pier 21 in Halifax. Questions must be answered to determine whether or not that character will be admitted to Canada. A variety of resources for both the student and teacher are included. A 17 page PDF file containing the story of Pier 21 from 1924-1971 is available for download.
