Using Inverse Operations

Fourth graders demonstrate inverse operations by playing a card game.  In this inverse operations lesson, 4th graders work in small groups with a deck of cards.  Two players draw cards but do not look at them.  The recording student multiplies the numbers on the cards, recording the scores.  the other students figure out the inverse operation.  Students share their findings with the class.
