Tissue Painting

Let's make colors! Your class will participate in a creative art project that introduces them to the concept of color blending and allows them to discover color combinations through exploration, trail, and error. First, the teacher will demonstrate how two shades of tissue paper can be overlapped to form a third color. Then each pupil will draw a picture. To color in this picture, pupils will have to paste on layers of tissue paper, adding and removing until they find the right color.
