Any resource capable of serving two purposes is a good resource, in my opinion. Not only will learners be able to follow lecture and discuss the causes and effects of the Great Depression, they'll also use their critical thinking skills. Throughout the presentation learners are asked to complete writing prompts, think-pair-share, and illustrations related to each topic. Topics include: 1920s economy, the Roaring Twenties, the Dust Bowl, the New Deal, and the Great Depression.
