Students complete a variety of activities related to the /o/ sound. As a class they recite a tongue twister, then trace and write the letter O. Students then listen to the teacher read "The Ox Book," identify the words in the story containing the /o/ sound, then listen to pairs of words and identify the word containing the "doctor" sound.
