  • It appears that the original idea for the list was to make it into a brochure; however, it is easily printed out and handed out or posted up flat
  • See the materials for a black-and-white version you can copy and distribute
  • This resource is only available on an unencrypted HTTP website. It should be fine for general use, but don’t use it to share any personally identifiable information
