Serc: Mn Step: Animal Game Impact of Human Activity or Natural Disasters

A description of a instructional activity where students first listen to a story where they begin to think about and discuss the impact humans and natural disasters have on the environment. They then play a board game. This requires preparation beforehand by the teacher to make the game board and cards. An image of the game board and a list of the instructions for the 70 cards are provided. The premise of the game is to explore the different ways the survival of animals can be both negatively and positively impacted by humans and natural disasters.
