Serc: Climate History From Deep Sea Sediments

Students access Integrated Ocean Drilling Program core data using Virtual Ocean, a visualization software that allows students to access scientific data about the ocean. They navigate and interpret the visualization and data to hypothesize about the ideal method for identifying locations that contain evidence of the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum.
