Young scholars explore Puerto Rico.  In this Puerto Rico current events lesson, students conduct a Webquest to answer questions about Puerto Rico's culture.  Young scholars discuss whether Puerto Rico is a country or a state, and defend their position in a debate.  Students state their personal positions on the topic in a written article.
