If humans evolved from apes, why are there still apes? Using captivating pictures and videos of our primate cousins, young biologists examine evidence to dispel one of the most common misconceptions about human evolution. Depending on the amount of time you have to dedicate to the topic and the age of your learners, it would be powerful to divide your class into groups, have each group research one of the primates in the scrapbook, then make a presentation comparing and contrasting that animal to humans.
