Instructional Ideas

  • If you have several different levels in your class, you can differentiate assessment with these three quizzes
  • While labeled as quizzes, you could easily use these as homework assignments or warm-up exercises

Classroom Considerations

  • Note that all questions are either basic multiple choice or true/false style; learners will need much more instruction and more innovative assignments to truly understand verb tenses
  • Some of the questions are a bit strange, especially in the level two quiz

Pros

  • Provides an answer key with explanations for each answer
  • Comes with three different levels to assign at various points in the year or to varying levels of pupils

Cons

  • None
