Module: Workplace Skills

Get your future professionals working in teams as part of a college and career readiness instructional activity. Discuss times learners have been on teams. What worked and what didn't? How did they settle disagreements? There is a teamwork handout here which has scholars check off their competency with various teamwork skills. Although the instructional activity suggests having them check these off as a reflection of a past group project, consider incorporating a group activity into this instructional activity before even discussing the objective. This will streamline discussion and the worksheet responses.
