Students research the life and accomplishments of Martin Luther King, Jr. In this research skills lesson, students read Martin's Big Words: The Life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by Doreen Rappaport. Students then research selected books and Internet sources about King's accomplishments. Students create illustrated research cards that display their findings.
