Young scholars present persuasive speeches about philanthropy.  For this persuasive speech lesson, students create speeches to encourage younger children to become involved in their communities.  Young scholars use video recorders and digital cameras to complete their speeches, and commit to do three different acts of philanthropy in their own community.
