Puberty Changes- Lesson 1

It may take a few clicks to find this lesson on the Alberta Health Services website, but it's well worth it. This is Lesson 1 in a series of six lessons. After setting up the ground rules, discuss puberty and the changes that affect your pupils physically, socially, and emotional. In small groups, have them brainstorm changes that may happen during puberty. As a class, discuss both positive and negative aspects of growing up.
