This Lesson Plan for C.S Lewis’ The Magician’s Nephew lesson plan also includes:
Here is a lesson that incorporates music writing, and reading literature. The class reads chapter eight from the C.S. Lewis classic The Magician's Nephew. Then, just like in the story, they use music as inspiration to create (write) about a magical land. They listen to Water Music by Vivaldi, then they envision what type of world the music would be able to make. Pupils will also write and then share their descriptive passages as the music continues to play.
