App Overview

The app reviewed is the free version. Please note there is a pro version available as an in-app purchase for $0.99 that removes the ads and unlocks all of the levels in the game.

How to Play:

  1. Select the Play button
  2. The next screen prompts a user to select a level. Note: The only level available in the free version is colors.
  3. After selecting the level, the game will start a one-minute timer counting down at the top of the screen
  4. A young gamer will watch as red or blue colored toys move down the center of the screen on a conveyor belt. Once the object gets to the checked area, it must be sorted to the blue side on the left, or the red side on the right.
  5. Select the object by touching a finger to the screen on the object and swipe it to the correct color bin
  6. The faster you sort, the higher points scored

Note: There is a hint button which displays arrows that point to the correct bin for the duration of the game.

Pros

  • The game helps support developing fine motor, sorting, and visual discrimination skills

Cons

  • There are ads on each game page which can be distracting to young learners
  • Music played in the background is loud and repetitive which can be a distraction to some gamers, as well as the rest of the class
