Everyone is afraid of something. Maybe you're afraid of heights, your friend might be scared of the big monster that lives in his closet, and your little sister is spooked by circus clowns. We all have different fears, and they may even seem a little silly to other people. How can you cope with the things that frighten you and why is being afraid sometimes good for you?
