Juan M. Soto: Ejercicios Subjuntivo Presente Handout

Curated by ACT

Handout of three short exercises that may be printed for classroom use to practice the present subjunctive tense. Each exercise is also available for practice in interactive exercises that are linked to this site. This is a great follow-up evaluation for students who may have been assigned the interactive exercises for homework. The handout may be printed in test form, with blanks for the correct form of the given verb infinitive. Students write in the infinitive, or the correct form of the verb in the present subjuntive or the present indicative. Another printout is available of the original text with the correct forms of the verbs included. Great way to check mastery of the present subjunctive tense. The "vosotros" form is also used in this exercise. Click on "diacriticos" to access special Spanish characters, such as accent marks, that may be necessary to answer a question. Correct answers may be verified at the end of the exercise.
