Islamic Civilization in Spain

There may be elements of this lesson that are useful for a unit on Islamic influence in Spain; however, there is little alignment between the learning objectives and the final product --a ten page report. For example, some of the objectives expect students to interpret and analyze, but the assignment does not prepare them for this. Additionally, it indicates the lesson will end with a quiz, but no quiz is included. Consider using some of the learning objectives, but don't count on implementing this lesson as is.
