Young scholars discuss artifacts. In this social science lesson, students realize that artifacts can help one in determining about the person the artifacts belonged to. Young scholars will be put into small groups and will look at objects from a box that the teacher brings in. Students then draw a picture of the person whom they feel the artifacts belonged to.
