In this integers instructional activity, 8th graders solve 4 different sets of problems that include identifying various negative and positive integers. First, they write the opposite of each integer expressed. Then, students find the absolute value of each integer in the next section. In addition, they write each set of integers in order from least to greatest and then greatest to least.
