How Do You Find a Missing Angle in a Right Triangle?

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

The triangle sum theorem states that the interior angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees. So it seems logical that if there are two known values given for the interior angles of a triangle, the third value could be found using this theorem. There are a couple of shortcuts for a couple of special triangles. Watch this video to learn about the shortcut to find a missing angle value in a right triangle.
