Sixth graders explore the Tropical Rainforest and come to understand what it is and how it affects the ecosystem. In this rainforests instructional activity, 6th graders write about the Tropical Rainforest, imagine they are in the Tropical Rainforest, and research the Tropical Rainforest. There are many facets to this instructional activity and each of them enables the student to develop a firm understanding of the topic. Moreover, the instructional activity presents a diversity in that the activities are engaging.
