Give mathematicians 39 chances to practice adding fractions, most of which involve mixed numbers. There are three examples to get them started, and scholars should be encouraged to reduce answers when necessary. Not for beginners, these problems don't indicate to learners when simplifying will be needed. Consider having them write answers on another sheet, since there isn't much room to show any work. Also, the problems aren't numbered which could make review difficult.
