Finding Equivalent Ratios

Duane explains the process needed to determine if two fractions are equivalent. There are two ways to do this, in one scenario he compares two fractions and multiplies by two to determine that the two fractions are equivalent. In the second scenario he reduced both fractions to their lowest terms. This is a good tutoring tool for kids needing a little extra help.
