In this exploring circles activity, 10th graders solve 10 different types of problems that are related to determining the different measures of a circle. First, they define a circle and its center. Then, students refer to the given figure, naming the center, the 3 radii, diameter, and chord. They also find the other measures of the circle rounding each to the nearest tenth.
