Young scholars collect several 'diversity beans' and sort them into piles based on the color of the beans and if they believe they will enjoy the flavor concluded from the outside appearance.  In this diversity instructional activity, students construct an opinion of the beans, and then eat the beans one by one.  After the young scholars eat the beans, they will realize that the color of the bean does not reflect how it is going to taste.
