In this counting monkeys instructional activity, 3rd graders identify and complete 3 different problems that include counting monkeys in a circle diagram. First, they cut out the small circle and place it in the center of the larger circle. Then, students line up the arrow in the small circle with arrow beneath the letter A in the large circle to determine the number of monkeys in that space.
