Students find a partner and use a scooter with a rope tied to it. There are two hula hoops, one with balls in it and one with nothing in it with which the studentsl have to get all the balls from one hoop to the other hoop. One student lays on the scooter while the other pulls them to the hoop. When they have moved all the balls to the other hoop, they then switch positions.
