Comparing Fractions

This Comparing Fractions worksheet also includes:

Which one is greater? Once young mathematicians understand the basics of fractions they can begin comparing them. In these practice problems they begin by examining 12 pairs of fractions and choosing the one that is greater. Next, scholars look at five sets of fractions to determine which two are equal. Finally, they put three sets of fractions in order from least to greatest (each set here has only three fractions). This is a great way to start before beginning to use the greater than/less than symbols with fractions. Consider numbering these before copying to make review easier.
