There's not much to this video. Steve Spangler and his twin sons visit 9 News and perform the classic chemical reaction between vinegar and baking soda to produce carbon dioxide gas. Where the value is in this video clip is that they set up different versions of the reaction, each with a different amount of vinegar. Use this to introduce beginning scientists to the concept of scientific variables, especially when preparing them to design their science fair projects.
