Young scholars create a unique bug. In this instructional activity about bugs, students use their imagination to develop a new kind of bug. Young scholars use construction paper, scissors, glue, and crayons to make their bug. Students explore the different parts of a bug and include these body parts in their bug creation. Young scholars name their bug and determine its habitat, its diet, and its predators.
